Open Outlook Express by left clicking
Start [A]
Programs[B]
Outlook express[C]
Or you can Left Click the Mail Icon in the Bottom Task Bar as in figure 1 item D

Left click on Create Mail

Click on the To: Button

In the Left hand pane click and highlight on the address you want. [A]
Click the Bcc Button [B]
And Click OK [C]
