Specify which program windows will use automatically for your default E-Mailer and Newgroup Service

Windows versions 9x/ME
Outlook Express versions 5/6
Netscape 4+

1.  Left click Start,

2,  Highlight Settings

3,  Left Click Control Panel,

     Left Click on Internet Options

                  to   bring up the 

   Internet Properties Dialogue Box

          1,     Left click the Programs Tab

          2,    In the Box Marked E-Mail  click                 on the drop down arrow  in the                 email box.

          3,  Click on Outlook Express or                  whatever mail client you want to                   use

       4,    Click Apply  and  Click OK
