Most ISP's (Internet Service Providers)  give up to 10Mb of free web space, why not use this Webspace to build WebPages's to share your favourite hobby or simply put up some pictures that you can share between the family and friends.

Get yourself a Web Editor.

Before you can create a web page you will need a Webpage Editor.   There are many Web Design Packages,i.e Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe PageMill, and Dreamweaver to name but a few.  I do my WebPages in MSFrontPage as I find it's WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) is a great help.   Windows 98/98se have their own web editor  "FrontPage Express" it can be found on the 98 and/or 98se CD ROM.  If you can not find FrontPage Express then Click here  Get Web Editor
