Create your own WebPages
Using FrontPage Express
Part Two

You can save WebPages either as HTM or HTML it does not really matter as long as the links from the Index.html are given the correct destination name for the Webpage that is to be linked.

Step 2, Building the Web Page.

First lets create a folder on your Harddrive, give it a name such as " My Website " so that you can store your Website's WebPages inside it.

Images Next inside the " My Website " folder create another folder called " Images " this is to hold  your Images that you use on your  WebPages.  Folders.

( It maybe wise if you have have many pages on different subjects on your website to create a folder for each page:
Example:
Page                Folder
Name             Name
index.htm   =  index
page2.html =  page2

 

Next lets create a WebPage

Open FrontPage Express as explained in the previous page

A = increase Text size       L = Aligns the paragraph at the Left                                                  margin
   A = decrease text size        C = Centres the paragraph between the                                                  margins
  B = Bold                             R = Aligns the paragraph at the Right                                                  margin
  I  = Italic                          
Symbols
  U = underlined

Before we go any further it is advisable to save the WebPage

1,    Click File,  Click Save As 2,   Type index in the Page location

4, Navigate to where you stored your website
on your harddrive and Click Save

This now is your Index.htm Page

This is the body of the Web page you can write in it, you can insert images in it and you can link from this page to another by using the Hyperlink button.page details

Right Click anywhere in the page and a dialog box appears which allows you to edit the Page, Paragraph and Font Properties

If you click on Table in the task bar  the drop down menu lets you insert a table, you can then type and/or put images in the table see the example below
